PT Avia Avian Tbk. received the IDX Channel Anugerah Inovasi Indonesia award
The performance of PT Avia Avian Tbk. in 2022 once again garnered appreciation. This time, PT Avia Avian Tbk. received the main award from IDX Channel Anugerah Inovasi Indonesia (ICAII) 2022 in the internal innovation category, namely “Efficiency of Paint Can Packaging Material Transfer Process Using a Rail Conveyor” which is the result of internal team collaboration from the QA & Sustainability Department of PT Avia Avian Tbk. PT Avia Avian Tbk. received an appreciation certificate, a special award trophy, a main award trophy, and a leader innovation certificate.
The implementation of this initiative was carried out in the distribution of can packaging to the synthetic paint production site, located approximately 400 meters from the can factory. The internal team of PT Avia Avian Tbk. received full support from all involved departments and directors, namely Mr. Hermanto Tanoko as President Commissioner and the owner of the idea and implementation of the efficiency project, Mr. Iwan Sigit as Deputy Operational Director who was directly involved in the interview session, Mr. Andri Sinatra from the Can Production Department who provided the necessary data, and Mr. Hanif Nurdin Fitroni as QA & Sustainability Supervisor who provided data and presentations.
IDX Channel Anugerah Inovasi Indonesia (ICAII) is an award given to companies that have demonstrated superior, wide-ranging, sustainable innovation initiatives with high novelty value. The IDX Channel Anugerah Inovasi Indonesia awards and appreciation event has been held since 2019. Each year, IDX Channel Anugerah Inovasi Indonesia is participated in by hundreds of public (listed) and non-public (non-listed) companies from State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) as well as private companies. IDX Channel Anugerah Inovasi Indonesia is one of the efforts to help encourage the creation of business innovation in Indonesia.
The IDX Channel Anugerah Inovasi Indonesia 2022 award night took place on August 24, 2022, with the theme "Fostering Sustainable Innovation In Economic Recovery". PT Avia Avian Tbk. was one of the companies to receive an award after undergoing a 2-week selection process represented by QA & Sustainability Manager, Eko Hajar Prakoeswo. The committee gave appreciation to the winners who had passed the selection and testing stages by the judging panel consisting of guest judge Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Mr. Airlangga Hartarto, and permanent judges Dr. Iman Permana, Dr. Asnan Furinto, and Dr. Wahyu T. Setyobudi.
