Sidoarjo, 10 August 2026 – PT Avia Avian Tbk (“Avian Brands” or the “Company”) continues to strengthen its commitment to implementing sound corporate governance practices (Good Corporate Governance/GCG) through its participation in the Competition Compliance Program initiated by the Indonesian Competition Commission (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha or “KPPU”).
As part of the program, Avian Brands participated in a series of socialization and educational sessions conducted by KPPU on 3–4 August 2026 at the Avian Innovation Center (AIC) in Sidoarjo, East Java. The sessions were aimed at enhancing understanding of the principles of fair and healthy business competition, while further strengthening a culture of compliance across the Company’s business activities.
The event was attended in person by KPPU Chairman Gopprera Panggabean, S.E. Ak., M.H., together with KPPU Commissioner Dr. Mohammad Reza, S.H., M.H., accompanied by KPPU Secretary General Lukman Sungkar, S.E., M.M., Deputy for Studies and Advocacy Taufik Ariyanto, S.E., M.E., Director of Competition and Partnership Advocacy M. Zulfirmansyah, S.E., S.H., M.M., as well as other KPPU officials. Representing Avian Brands, the event was attended by President Commissioner Hermanto Tanoko, together with members of the Company’s management team.
For Avian Brands, participation in the Competition Compliance Program forms part of the Company’s commitment to conducting its business responsibly, with integrity, and in accordance with sound corporate governance principles. Through these socialization and educational activities, the Company continues to enhance awareness and understanding among its management regarding the application of fair competition principles in business processes and decision-making.
