This determination and commitment have been proven by obtaining two new global patents for "Magnetite Paint (Fe₃O₄)" applied to the HomeDeco Magnetic product and "Enhanced Additive Material to Accelerate Concrete Hardening and Strengthening" applied to the No Drop Plaston product.
HomeDeco Magnetic is a water-based paint specially formulated to create a layer that can attract magnets on the applied surface. HomeDeco Magnetic is also an environmentally friendly paint product that has successfully obtained the Green Label Singapore certificate and can transform any surface into a medium that can attract magnets.
No less remarkable, No Drop Plaston is a concrete additive developed with the latest technology, resulting in a clearer color, protecting structures from rust, and accelerating concrete hardness. This is due to its composition which can reduce the use of water in the cement mixture, so the cement mixture has better density (providing a waterproofing effect) and is easier to apply.
To maintain AVIA's position as a market leader, the RDI team, supported by over 80 qualified chemists, always takes a proactive approach by anticipating and responding to ever-changing consumer needs and developing innovative products aligned with market trends.
For information, throughout the first quarter of this year, AVIA has launched 5 new products across various categories of architectural solutions, including wood & iron paint, waterproofing coatings, and wood care. Most Avian Brands products are tintable, offering a much wider variety of color options. This aligns with the Company's efforts to continuously increase the sales contribution of tinting products, strengthen our market position, and meet the increasingly diverse needs of consumers.
Supporting a sustainable product innovation strategy, AVIA is the paint company that provides the most tinting machines in retail stores. To date, AVIA has distributed more than 5,000 tinting machines to various retail stores throughout Indonesia.
