Surabaya, February 26, 2026 – PT Avia Avian Tbk (“Avian Brands”), the market leader in Indonesia's decorative paint industry, announced its financial performance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Despite persistent challenging economic conditions, the Company managed to record positive performance growth through disciplined and sustainable execution of strategies.
Throughout 2025, Avian Brands successfully recorded a total revenue of IDR 8.1 trillion, an increase of IDR 652 billion or 8.7% compared to the previous year, with a sales volume growth of 7.4%. This performance was supported by consistent sales growth from Q1 to Q4, across both the architectural solutions and trading goods segments.
In line with this growth, the Company was also successful in maintaining strong profitability. As of the end of 2025, Avian Brands recorded a net profit of IDR 1.7 trillion, up IDR 80 billion from the previous year, with a net profit margin of 21.5%. This achievement reflects disciplined cost control and continuous improvements in operational efficiency.
The 2025 performance was driven by the Company’s consistency in implementing its sustainable strategy, focusing on strengthening customer relationships, expanding distribution networks, and improving internal processes. Despite challenging market conditions, Avian Brands recorded significant growth in the number of active transacting customers. By the end of 2025, over 60,000 stores were actively transacting with Avian Brands, underscoring the success of its market penetration and customer loyalty strategies.
In terms of distribution, the Company added five wholly owned distribution centers in 2025, bringing the total to 129 wholly-owned distribution centers, supported by 15 mini distribution centers and 38 independent distribution centers. With an increasingly robust and integrated logistics infrastructure, Avian Brands managed to maintain a one-day delivery service level of 90%, ensuring reliable product availability and service quality for customers across Indonesia.
During the year 2025, Avian Brands continued to drive product innovation by launching 12 new products in the architectural solutions segment. Five of these products received Green Label Singapore certification, affirming the Company’s commitment to sustainability. This eco-friendly product portfolio continues to expand and contributes an increasing share of total sales.
Furthermore, in May 2025, Avian Brands officially started distributing Dextone products through the Company’s distribution centers. This synergy is supported by Dextone's strong brand equity and the launch of new products that complete the portfolio from the economy to the premium segments. Currently, the Company is focused on accelerating Dextone’s sales growth by expanding distribution reach and strengthening market penetration as part of its strategy to increase market share in the adhesive industry.
By combining distribution strength, continuous product innovation, and disciplined internal strategy execution, Avian Brands consistently increases its market share.
