Surabaya, April 9, 2026 – PT Avia Avian Tbk (“Avian Brands”), the leading decorative paint manufacturer in Indonesia, convened its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), today in Surabaya. The meeting resulted in a number of strategic resolutions, including the distribution of a Cash Dividend totaling IDR 1.36 Trillion, or equivalent to IDR 23 per share, as a testament of Avian Brands’ continued commitment to its shareholders.
This figure reflects a dividend payout ratio of 78.18% of net profit for the financial year 2025. This dividend amount has already factored in the interim dividend of IDR 654 billion that was distributed in November 2025.
The dividend distribution was underpinned by solid financial performance. Throughout 2025, Avian Brands recorded a net profit of IDR 1.7 trillion, an increase of IDR 80 billion compared to the previous year, with a net profit margin of 21.5%, amid persistently challenging market conditions. This performance reflects the Company's success in maintaining cost control discipline and improving operational efficiency in a sustainable manner.
The Company is further supported by robust financial fundamentals, with a healthy capital structure and sustained profitability. Notably, the Company's return on assets (ROA) ratio reached 15.7% in 2025, while its return on equity (ROE) ratio for the same period was recorded at 18.3%.

Avian Brands maintains a policy of distributing a minimum dividend of 50% of net profit. Nevertheless, the Company has consistently delivered dividends with a payout ratio in excess of 80% in recent years.
Avian Brands remains disciplined in its capital allocation while continuing to deliver attractive returns to shareholders. The Company's capital allocation is carried out prudently, with a clear set of priorities, including investment in business growth through measured capital expenditure, supported by a healthy balance sheet and liquidity position. The Company also maintains flexibility, whether to conduct share buybacks or to pursue strategic acquisition opportunities that can generate long-term value.
