Surabaya, May 13, 2024 – The largest local paint and building materials manufacturer, PT Avia Avian Tbk, commonly known as Avian Brands, has agreed to sign a cooperation agreement with PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BTN) for the provision and utilization of Banking services. This collaboration between two giant Indonesian companies is outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding with Bank BTN number 02/MOU/DIR/IV/2024 and PT Avia Avian Tbk number 032/AA/DIR/IV/2024, announced on Monday, May 13, 2024.
The signing of this MOU was carried out by Mr. Ruslan Tanoko, as Vice President Director of PT Avia Avian Tbk, and PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk was legally represented by Mr. Jasmin, as Director of Distribution & Institutional, and also attended by other members of the Board of Directors:
- Johnny Lukas, as Finance & Operations Director of PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna.
- Tanto Wibowo, as Sales Director of PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna.
- Rudy Susanto, as Deputy Sales Director of PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna.
- Benny Yoslim, as SEVP Wholesale Banking of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.
- Denny Kriswana, as Head of MIFD Division of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.
- Ricky Pattinggi, as Head of CBD Division of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.
- Achmad Zuriddin, as Deputy Head of CMBD Division of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.
- Yenny Herlina, as Regional Office Head of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.
- Satrijo Wilargo, as Branch Manager KC Surabaya of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.
The purpose and objective of the cooperation agreement outlined in the MOU is a mutually beneficial partnership between PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk and PT Avia Avian Tbk in referring products to their respective business partners. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk will recommend paint and building materials products from PT Avia Avian Tbk to its customers, especially those involved in contracting/developing. Meanwhile, PT Avia Avian Tbk will recommend banking products owned by PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk to customers and distributors.
Through the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding / MOU, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk and PT Avia Avian Tbk also concern the provision and utilization of Banking services, where both the Company and stakeholders can use the Banking services from PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk to raise funds and redistribute them in the form of loans/financing.
