AVIA Records Net Profit of IDR 1.18 Trillion as of September 2025, Avian Brands Announces Interim Dividend Distribution of More than IDR 600 Billion

Surabaya, November 3, 2025 – PT Avia Avian Tbk (“Avian Brands”), the market leader in decorative paints in Indonesia, today announced an interim dividend distribution of Rp11 per share for the 2025 financial year, with a total value of approximately Rp600 billion. This interim dividend distribution reflects the Company's commitment to providing sustainable added value to shareholders, in line with the Company's financial performance which remains robust despite market challenges.

For information, up to the first nine months of 2025, Avian Brands recorded total sales of Rp5.9 trillion, an increase of 9.7% compared to the same period in the previous year. In the same period, the Company successfully recorded a net profit of Rp1.18 trillion, representing a net profit margin of 20%.

“The decision on dividend distribution has certainly taken into account the working capital budget, the budget for the share buyback program, the capital expenditure budget (both routine and expansion), as well as business development needs and other related matters.” Said Andreas Hadikrisno, Head of Investor Relations at Avian Brands.

The interim dividend distribution schedule is as follows:

  • Cum Dividend (Regular & Negotiation Market): November 11, 2025
  • Cum Dividend (Cash Market): November 13, 2025
  • Record Date: November 13, 2025
  • Dividend Payment: November 20, 2025

Avian Brands has strong financial fundamentals with a healthy capital structure and maintained profitability levels. For information, the Company's return on asset (ROA) ratio in 2024 reached 15.0% and the Company's return on equity (ROE) ratio in the same period was recorded at 17.3%. Over the past four years, AVIA has distributed dividends exceeding 80% of annual net profit.

This interim dividend distribution also reinforces Avian Brands' commitment to continuously provide added value to shareholders, as the Company strives to maintain sustainable business growth.
