This award marks an important moment for PT Avia Avian Tbk after previously successfully entering the ESG Quality 45 IDX KEHATI Index (ESGQKEHATI) for the period December 2023 – May 2024. Subsequently, it successfully entered the SRI KEHATI Index, ESGSKEHATI, and ESGQKEHATI for the period June 2024 – November 2024. This index recognizes companies that have high performance in ESG aspects based on strict criteria.
The assessment process for the ESG Award 2024 was entrusted to a Panel of Judges led by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), Darwin Cyril Noerhadi, and the Vice Chairman of KEHATI, Riki Frindos. The Panel of Judges, comprising prominent names such as Demetrius Atri Pitojo, Ariani Vidya Sofjan, Rama Manusama, Nadia Chiarina, and Agus Salim.
In the capital market category, PT Avia Avian Tbk was assessed based on its high KEHATI ESG score, an increase in its ESG score from the previous period, and its commitment to the number of ESG-based products and managed funds. This selection process reflects a rigorous evaluation of PT Avia Avian Tbk's sustainability initiatives, including carbon footprint reduction strategies, community engagement programs, and transparency in governance, making it excel in the capital market segment.
