Jakarta, February 14, 2022 - PT Avia Avian Tbk (“AVIA”), a leading paint and decorative coatings manufacturer in Indonesia, is optimistic about achieving double-digit sales and net profit growth by the end of 2022, in line with the increasing demand for the Company's various products.

AVIA successfully navigated 2021, in line with the improving and stabilizing Covid-19 situation in Indonesia. The Company continued to anticipate sales recovery in the second half of 2021 following the gradual easing of Covid-19 restrictions by the Government. In line with these efforts, by the end of 2021, the Company estimated sales growth of approximately 18% and an estimated total of approximately Rp6.8 trillion.
For information, AVIA currently operates 2 active paint factories with a total capacity of over 286 thousand metric tons per year, which produce various well-known paint brands and products such as No Drop, Sunguard All in one, Supersilk Anti Noda, Avitex, Avian Synthetic, and others. In addition, AVIA also has one of the largest research, development, and innovation centers in Indonesia called Avian Innovation Center (AIC), equipped with 11 laboratories and supported by 65 dedicated and innovative researchers.
Wijono also added that he is confident AVIA's performance this year can be better, supported by the momentum of the Company's successful IPO carried out at the end of 2021. “This IPO step marks a new historical milestone, where this moment brings AVIA into a new chapter in its journey as the number 1 paint manufacturer in Indonesia,” concluded Wijono.
