Function

The Good Corporate Governance Committee supports the Board of Commissioners in strengthening the implementation of good corporate governance principles throughout the Company. The Committee monitors compliance with the Business Ethics and Code of Conduct and oversees the professional and procedurally appropriate review and follow-up of reported or suspected violations, thereby safeguarding the Company’s integrity and accountability. It also provides strategic oversight of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices to ensure that the Company’s business activities align with its long-term sustainability objectives.
