Komite Transaksi Pihak Berelasi merupakan komite pendukung Direksi yang memastikan seluruh transaksi afiliasi Perseroan dan/atau Entitas Anak dilakukan secara wajar, setara, dan sesuai ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku. Dalam tugasnya, Komite Transaksi Pihak Berelasi menilai kelayakan serta kepatuhan setiap transaksi dan memastikan tidak adanya konflik kepentingan yang dapat merugikan Perseroan maupun pemangku kepentingan. Melalui pengawasan yang independen, Komite Transaksi Pihak Berelasi menjaga integritas proses bisnis serta mendukung terciptanya praktik usaha yang beretika dan berkelanjutan.
