Function

The Related Party Transaction Committee supports the Board of Directors in ensuring that all transactions involving the Company and/or its subsidiaries and related parties are conducted on an arm’s-length basis, fairly, transparently, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Committee evaluates the fairness and regulatory compliance of each transaction and seeks to prevent or appropriately manage conflicts of interest that could adversely affect the Company or its stakeholders. Through independent oversight, the Committee safeguards the integrity of the Company’s business processes and promotes ethical, accountable, and sustainable business practices.
