Surabaya, August 26, 2026 — PT Avia Avian Tbk (Avian Brands) continues to strengthen its commitment to sustainability through the publication of the Avian Brands Sustainability Strategy (ABSS) – Progress Report 2026. The report, which provides performance updates through May 2026, presents an overview of progress in implementing Avian Brands’ sustainability strategy and demonstrates how environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations continue to be integrated into the Company’s strategy and operations.

The ABSS Progress Report 2026 outlines material sustainability topics, reporting principles, and the strategic framework that guides Avian Brands in creating long-term value for all stakeholders. The report also describes the process for identifying, assessing, and managing sustainability issues most relevant to the Company’s business activities. It presents information on developments in economic, environmental, social, and governance performance.

Four Main Pillars of the Avian Brands Sustainability Strategy

As a leading paint manufacturing company in Indonesia, Avian Brands continues to develop a sustainability approach that encompasses all aspects of its business. ABSS is built upon four main pillars: Product, Environment, People & Community, and Governance.

·         Product Pillar focuses on developing innovative, high-quality, safe, and increasingly environmentally friendly products.

·         The Environment Pillar focuses on energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, greenhouse gas emissions reduction, the development of decarbonization initiatives, and the implementation of circular economy principles to minimize the environmental impact of operational activities.

·         The People & Community Pillar covers the protection of human rights, occupational health and safety, diversity and inclusion, employee competency development, and various social programs that provide sustainable benefits to communities surrounding operational areas.

·         The Governance Pillar focuses on regulatory compliance, integrated risk management, anti-corruption practices, information security, business ethics, and the development of a responsible and sustainable supply chain.

These four pillars also support Avian Brands’ contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those related to responsible consumption and production, decent work and economic growth, industry, innovation, and infrastructure, climate action, clean energy, water resource management, and partnerships for sustainable development.

Strengthening Transparency and Reporting Quality

The ABSS Progress Report 2026 is prepared with reference to reporting principles encompassing accuracy, balance, clarity, comparability, completeness, reliability, and timeliness. Avian Brands is also committed to continuously improving the quality of its sustainability disclosures in line with developments in reporting standards, regulations, and stakeholder expectations.

The ABSS Progress Report 2026 should also be read together with Avian Brands’ Annual Report 2025, Sustainability Report 2025, and Climate Risk Report 2025. These four documents complement one another in providing a more comprehensive overview of the Company’s sustainability governance, risk management, strategies, targets, commitments, and sustainability performance.

Wijono Tanoko, President Director of Avian Brands, emphasized that sustainability is a long-term journey that requires consistency, innovation, collaboration, and commitment from all stakeholders.

“We believe that sustainability is no longer merely part of corporate responsibility, but a fundamental foundation for maintaining business resilience, enhancing competitiveness, and creating long-term value. Through the Avian Brands Sustainability Strategy, we continue to integrate sustainability principles into our business strategy, decision-making, risk management, innovation, investments, and operations.”

“Going forward, the Board of Directors will continue to strengthen the implementation of ABSS through enhanced ESG performance, sustainable innovation, adaptive risk management, and responsible business development. We are optimistic that Avian Brands can continue to grow as a resilient, competitive, and sustainable company, while delivering added value to customers, employees, business partners, investors, communities, and the environment,” said Wijono Tanoko.
